Terms & Conditions:
- Your website will be developed and delivered within 24 hours (office hour) once we have received all the required contents from your end upon clearing of your payment.
- Once a website has been ordered and payment received NO REFUNDS will be made. We guarantee that we will have your website up and ready within 24 hours (office hour). However, work will not commence if we feel that the content you have provided is not sufficient for us to work on.
- Office hour is from Monday to Friday (10am to 6pm).
- All info (text) must be sent to us in Word format. Images have to be in JPEG, GIF or PNG format. Images and info must not be sent in PDF format. You must ensure that there are no copyright infringements on content and images supplied to us to use for your website, as you will be held accountable for any infringements. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that there are no copyright infringements and you indemnify CARA against any claims for any copyright infringement.
- 100% upfront payment is required.
- CARA reserves the right to choose to develop a particular website or not. We will not design websites containing ANY pornographic content, foul language or anything we feel is inappropriate or could harm anyone’s internet experience or CARA’s reputation and name.
- CARA only accepts maximum of 3 confirmed slots daily (100% paid)
